The Limited Warranty comes with ten years of Smart Choice Protection, meaning any manufacturing defects to your roofing products are completely covered for a decade!

Like all GAF Master Elite Warranties, the Limited option provides a 10-year Algae Warranty Term for StainGuard-Labeled Shingles and 25 years for StainGuard Plus and Ridge Cap Shingles.

GAF Roofing System Limited Warranty

To qualify for the GAF Roofing System Limited Warranty, you must install GAF shingles on your roof and have at least three Qualifying Accessory products installed. Qualifying Accessories include:

• Leak Barriers
• Starter Strip Shingles
• Ridge Cap Shingles
• Roof Deck Protection
• Attic Ventilation

This warranty option is much like Accessory Limited, only for your entire roof rather than just your add-ons.

System Plus Limited Warranty

To qualify for this warranty, You must install GAF Master Shingles, install at least three qualifying accessories, and install them by a GAF Master Elite Certified Contractor like Apple Exteriors. This warranty gives you Smart Choice Protection for up to 50 years! The wind warranty terms are the same as the other options at 15 years but has no limit on wind speed! This means even a slight gust damaging your shingles under 130MPH is covered.

Silver Pledge Warranty

Eligibility is similar to the System Plus, but you need at least four qualifying Accessory products installed. You will receive all the benefits of previous warranties, including a 10-year workmanship warranty. You're completely covered for a decade if any issues arise from installation work!

Golden Pledge Limited Warranty

The only difference you need to qualify for this warranty is to install at least five accessory products on your roof. You will receive Tear-off and Disposal coverage and 25 years of workmanship coverage!
