System Plus Limited Warranty

The System Plus Limited Warranty is the base of the GAF Master Elite Warranties we offer. You receive non-prorated material defect coverage for up to 50 years. If any products we use for your roof repair or installation go prematurely degrade, you will be fully covered.

We’ve added tear-off coverage to the System Plus Warranty. So, if part of your roof needs to be torn off for interior repairs, you will be covered for that too.

Silver Pledge Limited Warranty

This warranty offers everything the System Plus Warranty has and more. You will receive 10 years for contractor misapplication errors, which means the small chance we make a mistake during installation, repair, or replacement is covered.

Low slope roofs for carports or porches are also covered in the Silver Pledge Warranty and both residential and commercial buildings.

Golden Pledge Limited Warranty

The Golden Pledge Limited Warranty is, by far, the strongest warranty we have to protect your roof. This warranty includes everything in the System’s plus and Silver Pledge warranty with a little extra kick.

The biggest boost has to be in the contractor’s misapplication warranty. This warranty goes from 10-year coverage up to 30 years! So, no matter how you look at it, the investment in your roofing project is protected for years to come.
